Will My Well Integrate With My Existing Software?

Three Ways To Partner With My Well:

• Software (platform, church management system, etc.)

• Gateway Only 

• Gateway + Payment Processor (API)

Software (Platform, ChMS, etc)

This is the easiest type of integration. You have existing software, and that software already has support for a gateway that we can connect to in order to process credit and debit card transactions. If you are on a supported platform, we can make some very small changes within your software's gateway (with your authorization), that will instantly allow you to use our payment processor and receive the cost savings through My Well.

While most of these platforms already come with a gateway, some, like Rock RMS, will allow you integrate directly with the My Well Gateway AND payment processor, saving you even more money on credit card processing fees.

If you don't see your platform on the list, it doesn't necessarily mean we don't support it. Check out our list of confirmed unsupported platforms. If you don't see your platform listed, send us a message using the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.

Gateway Only

If you're not using one of our supported platforms, don't worry. Chances are you'll still be able to integrate on the gateway level. With this option, it doesn't matter what software you use as long as you're already using a supported gateway.

One other option that many gateways support is called Authorize.net emulation. This means your gateway responds as if it were Authorize.net, which allows us to integrate with them. Check with your gateway to see if they provide this feature.

Gateway + Payment Processor (API)

If you're starting out fresh, or have the ability to choose your own gateway, our recommended option is to use My Well for both your payment gateway and payment processing. Through this method, you'll be able to get our Interchange plus zero pricing on both the gateway and processing fees!

With this option, your developer will be able to write your own integration to the My Well gateway which comes with the My Well payment processing of credit and debit cards built in.
