Follow the steps below if you didn't receive the email to reset your pin.
Steps If You Can't Find The Pin Reset Email:
1. Search the Spam folder in your email account by:
- help@mywell.org
- "Change Your PIN"
2. Search your email inbox by:
- help@mywell.org
- "Change Your PIN"
3. If you haven't verified the email address associated to your My Well account, please verify your email before resetting your pin.
4. If you still haven't found the email, the personal details you entered probably do not match what is on file with your My Well account. Try resetting your pin again using a different email and/or phone number.
- If you don't have another email address or phone number, reach out to your ministry directly to verify your account information.
Pro Tip: To avoid your emails from going to your Spam folder, try adding "help@mywell.org" to you email contact list. Then, fill out the Forgot Pin form again.
