What My Well Product Is My Account?

My Well offers three distinct products. Knowing which one your organization uses will help you find the most relevant help articles and get the best support.
1. My Well Giving Platform
The My Well Giving Platform is a donation management system developed by My Well.

For Givers: Gifts are made through a branded giving site, such as
[churchname].mywell.org

For Admins: You’ll use the My Well Admin Portal to manage and track giving activity for your organization. The URL contains
[churchname].mywell.org/admin/
2. My Well Gateway
The My Well Gateway is designed to work directly with Rock RMS.

For Givers: Gifts are made through giving pages on your own website, powered by Rock RMS. This keeps your givers from needing multiple log-ins.

For Admins: Most information is automatically synced into Rock RMS. You can also access the My Well Gateway Admin Portal to verify gift details when needed. The URL contains
[churchname].mywell.org/gateway-admin/
3. Backend Processing
With Backend Processing, My Well handles payment processing in the background while you use other donation systems.

For Givers: Gifts are made through platforms like TouchPoint, Rock RMS, SecureGive, and others.

For Admins: You won’t use either of the My Well Admin Portals. Instead, you’ll access transaction data through our processor's Merchant Portal, called Compass.
