How To Refund And Void Gifts In The Admin Portal.

If a Giver made a mistake with their donation and needs their gift changed here's how.

Steps to Void Gifts Using The My Well Giving Platform Web Version:

1. Sign in to your My Well account and navigate to the Admin Portal.

2. Select Gifts in the top right corner.

3. Use the filters on the right side to narrow down your search in the Gifts Table.

4. Locate the gift you want to edit and click it.

5. Select the Void Gift button on the right side of the screen.

6. Confirm selection with Yes, Void It button.

7. Once submitted, voided gifts will have the orange circle symbol in status column.

Steps to Refund Gifts Using The My Well Giving Platform Web Version:

1. Complete Steps 1-4 as listed above.

5. Select the Refund Gift button on the right side of the screen.

6. Confirm selection with Yes, Refund It button.

7. Once submitted, refunded gifts will show in Gifts Table twice. Once with a negative amount on date of refund and the original gift's status will have changed.
