How To Filter Gifts, Schedules, And Payouts In Your Admin Portal

For your reporting needs, you can filter the Gifts table to show you specific Gifts and Schedules.

Steps To Filter Gifts Using The Giving Platform Admin Portal:

1. Sign in to your My Well account and navigate to the Admin Portal.

2. Select the Gifts tab in the top corner of the screen.

3. Select the dropdown menu under Gift Range to show gifts during a specific date range.

4. To choose a specific date range, select Custom in the dropdown menu then enter a Date From and Date To then select Apply.

5. Use the dropdown on the right to filter gifts by any of the following: Date Range, Locations, Funds, Status, Credit Card Gifts, ACH Gifts, Payment Method, Gift Type, and Client. New Filters (Platform)

6. Select Apply Filters at the bottom of the dropdown. 

7. The table will load your filtered gifts.

8. Your selected filters will appear as chips that can be easily removed.  New Filter Chips

Note: All gifts can be found in the Gifts tab. Future-dated gifts and recurring giving can be found in the Schedules tab. 

Note: By default the Gifts table will show you the last 30 days of gifts.

Note: While walk-through specifically mentions gifts, the Filter menu functions the same way on the Schedules and Payouts pages.
