Before you make a donation to your organization, you need to create a My Well account.
Steps To Create An Account Using The My Well Giving Platform Web Version:
1. Go to your organization's My Well giving link.
2. Select Get Started.
3. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and a US phone number that is able to receive text messages.
4. Check your phone for a six digit one time verification code.
5. Enter the code you received.
6. Create your six digit pin and enter it.
7. Enter your Email Address, Street Address, City, State, and Zip Code.
8. Check the box that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
9. Select Create Account.
10. Go to your email account and look for the email with the subject line Welcome to "Organization Name" Giving! Please activate your account to give.
11. Select Activate Account in the email.
Pro Tip: To avoid your emails from going to your junk folder, try adding "help@mywell.org" to your email contact list, then resend the email again.
Note: If you do not select Create Account in step 9, all information you have entered will not be saved. You will need to restart from step 1 to create your account.
