# How Do I Delete A Cash Or Check Gift On Behalf Of A Giver?

## We get it, mistakes happen. If you entered the wrong details in for a giver when adding cash or check gifts you can delete and re-enter.

#### Steps To Create A Check Or Cash Gift Using My Well Ministry Web Version:

**1.** Sign into your My Well account and navigate to the **Admin Portal.**

**2.** Select the **Payouts** tab and select the payout that includes the gift you need to delete.

**3.** On the payout page, check the boxes next to the gift(s) you would like to delete.

**4.** Select the trash can icon to delete the selected gifts.

**5.** Confirm by selecting **Delete It** from the pop up**.**

#### Steps To Create A Check Or Cash Gift Using My Well Ministry Mobile Web Version:

**1.** Sign into your My Well account and tap the options button in the top right corner to navigate to the **Admin Portal**.

**2.** Select the **Payouts** tab and select the payout that includes the gift you need to delete.

**3.** On the payout page, check the boxes next to the gift(s) you would like to delete.

**4.** Select the trash can icon to delete the selected gifts.

**5.** Confirm by selecting **Delete It** from the pop up**.**
