If your givers need help creating their My Well account, you can create one for them.
Steps To Create A Giver's Account Using The My Well Giving Platform Web Version:
1. Sign in to your My Well account and navigate to the Admin Portal.
2. Select Givers in the top right corner.
3. Select Add A Person located below the search bar.
4. Fill in the information on your giver's behalf.
5. To submit, select Add Giver at the bottom of the form.
6. This will prompt an email to be sent to the giver encouraging them to claim their account.
Note: If the giver prefers not to claim their account, only an admin will be able to give on their behalf or see the giver's gift history.
